Maven Execs was co-founded by Francois Moller. Francois has developed deep expertise throughout his career in finance and accounting and has demonstrated success in the fields of strategic finance and M&A transactions ranging from large public companies to lower middle market businesses. Francois leverages years of professional experience managing business transactions assisting private equity and strategics (public, private and owner-operated) with buy-side and sell-side advisory, including transaction readiness, CFO services, performance improvement, financial due diligence and technical accounting. Francois supports clients in a wide array of industries such as technology, healthcare, business services, manufacturing, distribution, consumer and industrial products, among others. Prior to Maven Execs, Francois was a Managing Director in the Transaction Advisory practice of global risk consulting firm, Kroll and a Partner at a national accounting firm, Withum. Earlier in his career he held various titles at Deloitte and KPMG as well as led buy-side M&A as Director of Corporate Development at CoolSys, a portfolio company of global private equity firm, Ares Management. Francois holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management where he graduated top of his class. He is a CFA charter holder and a Chartered Accountant (South Africa). Francois serves on the Association for Corporate Growth’s membership committee in Orange County, CA.
